"Main course. Dehydrate fruits, vegetables, herbs, jerky, and granola with the Nesco Entree dehydrator. It really stacks up!

The patented 4""Diam fan forces heated air up through the exterior pressurized chamber, instead of through the trays. Since the air is forced horizontally across each individual tray, it converges on the core--resulting in fast, even and nutritious drying without flavor mixing. The fan and heater are conveniently top-mounted to be clear from drippings.

The Entree's quietly powerful 350W motor and fan is four times faster than convection dryers that have no fan or motor. The Vita-Save exterior is opaque to block light, helping to retain more food nutrients and vitamins during the drying process. There's no need to rotate the trays, because the drying pressure automatically adjusts as the unit expands up to seven trays high.

Food releases easily from the trays. Dehydrator comes with five trays. Thermostat adjusts from 95F to 145F.
